Fisnik Lumani, MSOLC, SHRM-CP is currently the Director of Talent at UW Credit Union since August 2016. With a background in psychology, Fisnik has held various roles in talent acquisition and learning & development. Prior to joining UW Credit Union, Fisnik worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and held positions at various organizations such as the Morgridge Center for Public Service and Fort Community Credit Union. Fisnik obtained a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership & Change from Edgewood College and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
