Mikhail Manuel

Mikhail Manuel serves as a Board Observer for multiple improvement districts including Little Mowbray, Groote Schuur, Claremont, and Lower Kenilworth since June 2022. Additionally, Mikhail holds the positions of Deputy Chairperson of the Infrastructure and Business Development Committee, Council Member, and Executive Committee member at the University of the Western Cape since June 2021. Mikhail has been a City Council Member for the City of Cape Town since April 2021 and worked as a self-employed transport researcher from September 2019 to April 2021.
