Monique Nelson currently serves as the Executive Chair and Chair & Chief Executive Officer at UWG since February 2007. In addition, Monique co-founded We All Rise Together in April 2020 and has been a Brandeis Board Trustee since November 2019. Monique is also an alumna of The Posse Foundation since 1991 and served as an Independent Director at Audacy, Inc. from February 2021 to May 2023. Earlier in Monique's career, a role at Motorola Inc. from June 1999 to February 2007 involved Global Brand and Entertainment. Monique holds a BS in Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University and an MBA in International Marketing and Finance from DePaul University.
