Lisa Caldwell

Lisa Caldwell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and organizational effectiveness, currently serving as a Project Manager in Global Talent Development at VF Corporation since July 2010. Prior roles included Project Coordinator for Organizational Effectiveness & Performance and Senior Organization Development Specialist, focusing on Executive Leadership program coordination and support. In addition to corporate roles, Caldwell actively volunteers on the Board of Directors for the Women's Resource Center, providing mentorship and support to women facing life challenges. Previous volunteer work includes co-chairing fundraising events for the Guilford County Animal Shelter and assisting in the development of the Food For Paws organization.
