Mike Phillips

Mike Phillips has extensive experience in financial leadership and reporting, currently serving as Vice President, Enterprise Financial Reporting Controller at VF Corporation since June 2010. Within VF Corporation, Mike has held various significant roles, including Vice President, Financial Controller (NORA) and Controller for Asia Brands, along with serving as CFO for VF Services. Prior to joining VF Corporation, Mike worked at Grant Thornton LLP as an Audit Partner from May 2002 to April 2010 and at Arthur Andersen as an Audit Manager from July 1994 to May 2002. Mike holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from James Madison University, earned between 1990 and 1994.
