Stephen Badger

Stephen Badger is an accomplished IT executive with extensive experience in digital operations and technology leadership. Currently serving as Vice President of Global DT Operations and Digital Delivery at VF Corporation since January 2021, Stephen aligns IT strategies with business objectives and manages IT operations for a large network of retail stores and e-commerce platforms across multiple brands. Previously, Stephen held roles at GE Digital, including Director of DevOps, where oversight of CRM technology strategy and operations was a key responsibility. Stephen's career also includes significant contributions at GE Capital, where leadership as Senior IT Program Manager supported substantial business volumes and profits. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Business Analysis from Penn State University and is an alumnus of Crotonville.
