Elena Petruzziello is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales support and customer care. Currently serving as a Sales Support Specialist at V-Valley since May 2019, Elena previously held the position of Sales Assistant at Nuvias Group from 2013 to May 2019, where responsibilities included back office support for the sales area and managing SMB client relationships, as well as coordinating telemarketing activities for lead generation. Prior experience includes working in customer care for TIM at Raf Phonemedia spa, and as an outbound call center operator at Teleprofessional srl, focusing on service sales for publishing houses and other Italian businesses. Elena holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a Master’s degree in Social Sciences for Research and Institutions from Università degli Studi di Milano.
