SVP, Programs at V2X

David Hathaway is the Senior Vice President of Programs at Vectrus, joining the company in October 2017. He is responsible for program execution and client service delivery across Vectrus markets, including managing business results and profit loss for multiple program portfolios, developing and executing client mission support strategies, and creating new growth opportunities in multiple Vectrus lines of business. Most recently, David served as Vice President for Defense and Intelligence at IBM Global Services responsible for service delivery to clients in the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community. Prior to this role, David held similar senior leadership roles in IBM Global Services, including Vice President for the Application Development and Integration service line responsible for custom software development, systems integration and engineering, cloud computing, cyber security, and program management. David also served on international assignment to IBM Canada where he led Global Services in the Canadian Public Sector which included Federal, Provincial, Healthcare, and Education markets. David graduated from the United States Air Force Academy in 1988 and earned a Master of Science degree in Management Science from the University of Dayton in 1992. David served seven years on active duty in the Air Force as a Communications-Computer Systems Officer. He had multiple assignments focused on information technology acquisition, research and development program management, and communications operations and maintenance. David completed military service at The Pentagon, Washington D.C., and currently lives in the Washington Metropolitan Area.
