Francis Peloso serves as senior vice president and chief human resources officer for Vectrus. Appointed to this role in 2010, Francis is responsible for all human resources activities and strategies. Previously, he was the vice president and director of human resources for the Exelis Mission Systems business, the predecessor company to Vectrus. He joined ITT Corporation in 2000, and worked across a variety of business areas, including ITT Corporation’s World Headquarters, ITT Mission Systems, ITT Communications Systems, and ITT Electronic Systems. Francis also served as the West Coast regional director for the Electronic Systems Division of ITT Corporation, and as the vice president and director of human resources for the Communications Systems Division of ITT Corporation. Francis holds a master’s degree in business administration from Fairfield University and a bachelor’s degree in theology from Georgetown University.
