Rick Nohmer is the Vice President, Program Operations at Vectrus. Rick is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the non-LOGCAP program portfolio working with Vectrus’ operations executives and program managers, and he brings extensive profit loss experience in global service delivery programs. Rick joins Vectrus having served most recently as a Principal at NFCG, LLC, where he was responsible for global consulting and advisory services to clients across the federal government and private sector. Prior to that, Rick served as the Chief Operating Officer for Janus Global Operations where he was responsible for daily performance of all business segments and programs for the large global security/risk management and services company operating numerous logistics and stability programs in 18 countries. Rick also served as Vice President of Operations for IAP Worldwide Services where he oversaw critical infrastructure operations, support services, emergency response, power, and air traffic management programs serving the U.S. Department of Defense and the U.S. State Department as well as overseeing G3 Systems Limited, a UK-based technical construction and services company serving the UK Ministry of Defence and the NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA). An Army veteran, Rick served over 20 years on active duty as an Infantry Officer. During this time, he had multiple overseas warfighting assignments and worked for the Joint Chiefs of Staff at NATO headquarters in Brussels, Belgium. Rick holds a master’s degree in administration from Central Michigan University and graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.
