Jack Chaffin has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the US Army. Jack served as the Director of Operations at Vectrus, where they provided strategic support and management oversight for operations and logistics services. Prior to that, they held the position of Program Manager and Chief of Staff in the 1st Infantry Division Sustainment Brigade, responsible for managing programs and operations valued at millions of dollars. Jack also served as a Defense Advanced Research Project Agency Fellow and Commander in the US Army, leading scalable organizations and directing budget execution. Throughout their career, Jack has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, logistics operations, and team management.

Jack Chaffin obtained a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Minnesota in 1992. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in English Language and Literature at the University of Virginia from 1993 to 1995. Jack further enhanced their education in the field of military studies, completing a Masters of Military Science specializing in Operational Art and History at the Marine Corps Command & Staff College from 2010 to 2011. Additionally, they completed a Masters of Military Arts & Sciences in Operational Art and Strategy at the Army School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS) in 2011-2012.
