Viannet Okouma

Viannet Okouma serves as the CEO of Vaalco Gabon SA since April 2023, following a strategic advisory role at ADNOC Group from September 2019 to April 2023. With extensive experience in reservoir engineering, Viannet has held leadership positions at CNOOC International, Gabon Oil Company, Shell Oil Company, and Total Canada E&P, among others. Notable accomplishments include managing reservoir engineering functions for GE Americas and leading development activities for Gabon Oil Company, overseeing a team of 15 professionals. Viannet's educational background includes a D.I.C and MSc. in Petroleum Engineering from Imperial College London and a First Class BSc. in Mathematics with Theoretical Physics from UCL.
