Mev Rael

Mev-Rael has a diverse work experience in the fields of product management, innovation, UX, and coaching/mentoring. They are the Founder and CEO of ATHENNO, a B2B SaaS platform focused on continuous discovery and jobs-to-be-done for product-led teams. Mev-Rael has also worked as a Product Management and Continuous Discovery Advisor at 1871, a Lecturer at Venture For America, and a Partner and Consultant at VacayHQ. They have provided mentoring and coaching services at adplist.org and have their consulting firm called Mev-Rael Consulting. Additionally, Mev-Rael has created their own academy where they serve as a coach and mentor in various areas, including innovation, product, leadership, and executive roles. They have also worked as a startup adviser at WeWork Labs Warsaw and held roles as Head of Product at Closers.com and Product Management Consultant at Dan Lok®. Mev-Rael's work experiences have focused on making entrepreneurship and commercial innovation accessible, providing guidance and mentorship, and helping individuals and organizations achieve their goals.

Mev-Rael has a diverse education history. In 2018-2019, they attended Product School and earned a degree in Product Management, specializing in Information Technology Project Management. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2014, they studied at Business College, where they obtained a Professional degree in Law, focusing on various areas such as Commercial, Labor, Civil, Roman, EU, Criminal, Administrative, Constitutional, and Natural Law. Mev-Rael also holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte (Riga Technical University), which they completed from 2008 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Mev-Rael has pursued several certifications. They obtained the "1000 Mentorship Minutes" certification from adplist.org in June 2022. In July 2021, they earned the "Product Analytics Certification (PAC)™" from Product School. They have also completed various online courses and certifications, including "Creating a Product-Centric Organization," "Getting Things Done," "Agile Foundations," "Create a Go-To-Market Plan," "Metrics for Product Managers," "Photoshop Retouching: Fashion Editorial," "Product Management: Building a Product Roadmap," "Product Management: Building a Product Strategy," and "Jodi Glickman on Pitching Yourself," all from LinkedIn. Mev-Rael also holds a Product Management Certificate from Product School, completed in February 2019.
