Ewen Cluney

Ewen Cluney is an experienced content analyst currently supporting Google at Vaco since July 2023. With a strong background in translation and localization, Ewen has worked as a freelance translator specializing in video games and tabletop RPGs since September 2004, contributing to titles in the Dragon Ball Z franchise and notable games like Fullmetal Alchemist Dual Sympathy and One Piece Unlimited Adventure. Prior experience includes roles at Accenture as a Content Review Associate, BCforward as a Rights and Practices Associate for Google, and Facebook as a Search Ranking Analyst, where Ewen provided feedback on search rating processes. Ewen also served as an iTunes Moderator at Apple and contributed to localization efforts at PlayNext. Ewen holds an M.A. in Japanese from San Francisco State University and a B.A. in Japanese from San José State University.
