Michelle Schwartz

Michelle Schwartz is a seasoned recruitment professional, currently serving as Director of Recruiting at Vaco since September 2023. Prior experience includes a tenure as Director of Recruiting at BVOH Finance & Accounting Search from February 2018 until its acquisition by Vaco, where expertise in accounting and finance recruitment was demonstrated. Michelle also held roles as an Executive Recruiter at Nelson & Associates and First Class Staffing, focusing on mid to senior-level finance roles, and served on the Board of Directors for the National Investor Relations Institute. Further experience includes senior positions in investor relations at companies such as JDSU and Juniper Networks. Michelle holds a BA in Economics from Binghamton University and an MBA in Finance from Pace University.
