Prior to these positions, Devin Jeng was the Director of IT Infrastructure & Service at the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) from June 1987 to April 2015, where leadership was provided to an IT operation team of over 40 professionals, successfully serving more than 8,000 employees for over 15 years. Devin Jeng holds a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from National Chiao Tung University and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Feng Chia University.
