Michael Miller

Michael Miller has extensive experience in both the ski resort and oil industries. Currently serving as a Training Specialist in Lift Operations at Vail Resorts since December 2019, Michael has also held positions as a Lift Operator and Ski Instructor. Prior to Vail, Michael spent over seven years at QEP Resources as the Director of Health Safety and Environment. Michael’s career began at Marathon Oil Corporation, where various roles included HSE Engineer, HSE Manager, and PSM Coordinator from 1979 to 2012. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder, obtained in 1979.
