Samuel Betancourt

Samuel Betancourt is a skilled UI Designer II at Vail Systems since March 2022, focusing on user experience and interface design for the "Telekit" web app, which builds Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems, while also contributing to branding and multimedia projects. Previously, as Lead Creative Designer at Parallel18 from December 2018 to March 2022, Samuel handled branding, web design, videography, photography, and print materials, in addition to providing design guidance to startups. Early experience includes a position as Web Designer at Muuaaa Design Studio from May 2018 to August 2018, where responsibilities involved website design and development, along with photography and videography. Samuel holds an Associate's Degree in Web Design and Development and a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design from Universidad del Turabo.
