Vinh D Lee is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in telecommunications and software development. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Vail Systems since April 2018, Vinh previously held positions as a Senior IMS Software Developer at Nokia and Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, where responsibilities included software development for IMS components and pioneering the use of the Siptrans library.
