Owen Hutchinson

Owen Hutchinson is a seasoned arts management professional with extensive experience in leadership and development roles within the performing arts sector. Currently serving as both Artistic Director and Executive Director at the Vilar Performing Arts Center since January 2021, Owen previously held the position of Development Director at the same organization from August 2018 to August 2020. Prior to that, Owen gained valuable experience at Vail Jazz, where roles included Development Director, Development Manager, and Operations Coordinator from October 2013 to June 2018. Earlier career highlights include positions as Programming Associate at the Modlin Center for the Arts at the University of Richmond and various internships at Vilar Performing Arts Center and Modlin Center. Owen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music with a concentration in Arts Management from the University of Richmond.
