Richard Katz

Richard Katz is an experienced financial executive with a strong background in corporate finance and development. Katz has held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Valant and Opensignal, and served as Vice President of Corporate Finance at Aricent. Previous roles include Vice President of Corporate Development at kgb (formerly InfoNXX) and Finance Director of Corporate Development at Global Crossing. Katz holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Physics from Tufts University and a Master’s degree in Physical Chemistry from Stony Brook University.
