Currently serving as Chief Sales Officer and Chief Operating Officer at valantic since November 2020, Dr. Hauptmann previously held significant positions at Sky Deutschland GmbH from May 2010 to October 2020, including Executive Vice President Operations & Digital Innovation and interim roles in Human Resources and Product Development. Notable achievements include leading cultural transformations, enhancing employee engagement, and developing Sky's UHD/4k product offerings.
