Alban Colley began their work experience in 1999 as a Lead Developer at Taskcare Limited. From 2005 to 2018, they worked at Entity Group Ltd and held the positions of Senior Technical Consultant and Technical Principal. In 2019, they joined Valcon as a Technical Principal until November 2020. Alban then transitioned to the role of Principal Data Engineer at VIQTOR DAVIS, where they worked until November 2021. Following a merger, they continued their role as Principal Data Engineer at Valcon starting in November 2021. Throughout their career, Alban has focused on developing, configuring, and implementing complex data transformation solutions. Alban has also provided mentorship and quality control for less experienced colleagues, handling complex issues and requests.
Alban Colley has a Master's Degree in Computing and Maths from The University of Waikato, which they obtained from 1993 to 1994. Prior to that, they also earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computing and Maths from the same university, which they completed from 1989 to 1992. In addition to their formal education, Alban Colley holds a TOGAF Level 1 & 2 certification from the Open Group, which they obtained in December 2013.
