Thomas Bender

Thomas Bender has extensive experience in engineering, currently serving as the Engineering Group Lead at Valcor Engineering Corporation since May 2020. In this role, Thomas has designed and programmed a high cycle fatigue tester for valve spring qualification, created engineering drawings for manufacturing fixtures, and conducted Failure Mode Effect and Criticality Analysis for complex valve manifolds. Prior to this, Thomas worked as a Product Integration Engineer at Enhatch, contributing to the development of pre-operative planning software and medical devices. Additionally, Thomas interned at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc., where efforts led to significant cost savings through yield audits and process improvements. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, earned in 2021.
