Dan Markovic

Dan Markovic is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in project management and engineering leadership. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Vale since August 2022, Markovic has previously held key positions including Engineering Manager for Simandou Infrastructure at Rio Tinto, and Manager of Projects and Engineering/Construction at Itafos. Additional experience includes serving as Engineering Manager at GB Minerals Ltd., Project/Study Manager at Lycopodium, Project Manager at Ausenco, and Project Engineer at Aker Solutions. Markovic holds a degree in Materials and Metallurgical Engineering from Queen's University.
