Stephen Brickley

Stephen Brickley serves as the Founder and Advisor of DeusXM, LLC, providing consulting in Product Strategy and Customer Success for SaaS companies since January 2020. In addition, Stephen advises Recital and Docsum, focusing on innovative contract management solutions and contract intelligence for legal and finance teams, respectively. Since July 2022, Stephen has been advising Valence's Co-Founder on customer success strategies and operational improvements. Stephen previously held a pivotal role as VP of Customer Success at SirionLabs, managing client relationships and growth strategies for major corporate legal accounts. Earlier experience includes relaunching the Customer Success program at Blueprint Software Systems and leading various teams at iRise, where significant transformations in Customer Success and Revenue Operations occurred. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
