Catherine Rode is an accomplished technology operations leader with extensive experience in software development and project management. Currently serving as the Head of Technology Operations at Valenture Institute, Catherine coordinates core Engineering operations and manages the technical product roadmap, ensuring successful software deliverables. Previous roles include Software Delivery Manager and Enterprise Product Architect, where Catherine oversaw the software development lifecycle and collaborated with cross-functional teams. With a solid foundation in project management and business analysis across various organizations, including Anova Health Institute and Mobenzi Technologies, Catherine has demonstrated expertise in enhancing engineering processes, fostering communication, and driving agile methodologies. Catherine holds a BA (Hons) in Computer Science and a BA in Computer Science and Organisational Psychology from Rhodes University.
