Brian Matus

Brian Matus has over 25 years of experience in control systems engineering, currently serving as Manager of Control Systems Engineering at Valero Energy since April 2004, after progressing from the role of Staff Control Systems Engineer. Prior experience includes positions at D2S Engineering, Honeywell Process Solutions, Laplace Engineering, and ARCO Chemical, where Matus held roles from Engineer to Lead Engineer and Control Engineer. Matus earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University, completing studies between 1992 and 1994.
