Gene Edwards has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as a Board Director at PBF Energy since July 2014 and previously holding the position of Retired Executive Vice President at Valero Energy Corporation since October 1982. Edwards has also contributed as a Board Director for Green Plains Inc. from June 2014 to August 2021. With expertise in corporate development, strategic planning, commercial operations, market analysis, renewable energy, and trading, Edwards has a strong educational background, holding a Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at San Antonio and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Tulane University.
