Francesca Ricci has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Starting from 2021, they worked as the Global Head of Digital at Valextra, where they were responsible for managing all digital channels globally and implementing various strategies to boost sales. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2021, they served as the Head of eCommerce at Patrizia Pepe, where they successfully increased e-commerce sales and managed the global P&L of the brand. Francesca also worked as a Strategic Consultant for Harrods, Patrizia Pepe, and SUETED in 2020 and as a Strategic Consultant for a startup in the Fashion Industry in 2019. Francesca'searlier experience includes roles at Oliver Wyman as a Junior Project Manager, Senior Consultant, and Consultant, and a Graduate Discover Program at Vodafone Italy. Francesca Ricci started their education at Liceo Scientifico Paolo Frisi from 2003 to 2008, where they obtained their Maturità Scientifica degree. Francesca then attended Università Bocconi from 2008 to 2011 and earned their Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance. Francesca pursued further studies at Università Bocconi from 2011 to 2014 and obtained their Master's degree in Finance, General.
In 2013, Francesca obtained the Business English Certificate-Level C1 from the British Council. In 2009, they acquired the European Computer Driving Licence.
Francesca Ricci continued their education at London Business School from 2018 to 2020, completing their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Fashion and Luxury Experience. Additionally, in 2020, they attended Columbia Business School for an MBA exchange program.
