Fritz Yoder currently serves as the Vice President of Customer Success at Synaptic Security and Vali Cyber, roles undertaken since June 2021. Prior to this, Fritz held significant positions at Pegasystems from April 2016 to June 2021, including Sr. Director of Robotics Products and Director of Support for Robotics & Workforce Intelligence. Experience also includes serving as Vice President of Customer Care at Openspan from July 2005 to April 2016, with a strong emphasis on customer, partner, and employee success. Earlier roles encompass Director of Support at Vocalocity and VP of Operations/Co-Owner at Cliffstone from October 1997 to November 2003.
