John Morand is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades in various HR leadership roles. Currently serving as Director of Human Resources Business Partner at Valicor, John provides strategic HR consultation and support across all US locations. Previously, John held positions such as Human Resources Director at EOTECH, where responsibilities included overseeing HR systems and managing employee development services. Additional experience includes managing HR operations at PPG Industrial Coatings and ATW Automation, as well as providing executive resume services and career counseling at Resume Right. John holds a Master’s degree in Organization Development from Bowling Green State University and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Human Resources from Lawrence Technological University, along with OSHA certification in Industrial Safety Technology.
