Carlos Rafael Neninger

Carlos Rafael Neninger currently serves as the Manager of Software Engineering at Validity Inc. following the company's acquisition of Litmus in April 2025, where a team of 8 backend engineers is being led through the transition. Prior to this, Carlos held various leadership roles at Litmus from April 2014 to March 2025, progressing from Senior Software Engineer to Manager of Software Engineering. Throughout this tenure, Carlos successfully managed teams of engineers in developing innovative email rendering and personalization product capabilities, optimized distributed services architecture, and implemented efficient technical solutions that significantly reduced costs. Previous experiences include software engineering roles at CSF International, Inc. and serving as a Research Assistant at the University of South Florida, where Carlos also earned both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Computer Engineering, respectively.
