With a notable tenure at the Ministry of Tourism and Culture Malaysia as a Licensed Tourist Guide and International Travel Designer since July 2010, Badrillah has also held key roles such as Head of Business & Brand Partnerships at Kenny Hills Hospitality and Launcher at RAGE Coffee. Previous experience includes customer service management at Costa Coffee, as well as leadership roles in business development at Noble Fusion Sdn Bhd and group sales at Themed Attractions Resorts & Hotels Sdn Bhd. Badrillah's career began with Starbucks, where impactful contributions were made in store operations and team training.
