Jolene Oung currently serves as the Brand Manager for Michael Kors at Valiram, focused on driving sales and retail excellence across 22 stores in Malaysia. Previously, at CHANEL, Jolene held roles as Retail Learning & Development Partner and Deputy Head Of Boutique, where responsibilities included strategizing learning solutions and leading a team of 48 staff to achieve brand objectives. Additional experience includes positions as Boutique Manager at Christian Dior Couture and SWAROVSKI, as well as ownership of OWL Boutique. Jolene holds a Bachelor of Hons in Business Administration from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman and a Diploma in Business Administration from Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology.
