Sena M. F. Sena's background also features a role with the Malaysian Cricket Association, managing the Malaysian U-19 Cricket Squad, and various positions in customer support and operations across multiple organizations, such as ServiceSource and Symphony BPO Solutions. Academic credentials include an MBA from FTMS-Rivier University and a Diploma in Accounting and Finance from Nilai University.
