Ray Messinger

Ray Messinger possesses extensive experience in project controls and scheduling across various high-profile organizations. Since September 2019, Ray has served as a Scheduling Engineer at Valley Metro RPTA, overseeing the Valley Metro South Central Extension and Downtown Hub project. Prior to this, Ray was a Senior Scheduler/Planner at Ausenco for the Hudbay Rosemont Copper Mine. Ray’s career includes significant roles at Saudi Aramco as a Planner/Project Control Engineer for offshore projects with expenditures exceeding $3 billion annually, and at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory as a Senior Project Control Analyst on space mission projects. Additional experience includes leadership in project controls at TRIPATRA and Resources Management International, contributing to the billion-dollar Duri Steam Flood Enhanced Oil Recovery Project. Ray began the career as a Senior Planner/Scheduler at Parsons Corporation and holds degrees in Engineering/Industrial Management from California Polytechnic State University and in Computer & Information Science from Coleman College.
