Betsey Bayless is a distinguished healthcare executive with extensive experience in leadership roles, notably serving as President and Chief Executive Officer of Maricopa Integrated Health System from 2005 to 2013. Appointed President Emeritus in 2013, Bayless led Arizona's only public hospital system, which includes various healthcare facilities such as Maricopa Medical Center and the Arizona Burn Center.
