Katie Badger

Katie Badger, CSM, CEC, currently serves as an Information Technology Project Manager at Valmont Industries, Inc., focusing on portfolio management within the PMO Department since August 2022. Prior experience includes over 13 years at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska, where Katie held multiple roles, culminating as a Senior Agile Project Manager/Scrum Master, leading software development teams and facilitating Agile ceremonies. Additional expertise encompasses project management, Agile coaching, and customer service, with early career positions at Marriott and Von Maur. Katie Badger holds a Master of Science in Leadership and Executive Coaching from Bellevue University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
