Katie Privitera

Katie Privitera, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR leadership roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Valmont Industries, Inc. since February 2021, Katie leads the Valley HR team, focusing on employee relations, compliance, recruitment, and organizational change initiatives. Prior to this role, Katie held various HR positions, including Senior Human Resource Business Partner at Green Plains Inc. and Senior Recruiter at both Cox Communications and Conagra Foods, where responsibilities encompassed talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws. Katie holds a Master of Business Administration from Midland University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
