Matt Schiermann

Matt Schiermann has extensive experience in production management and lean manufacturing, currently serving as the Production Manager and Lean Supervisor at Valmont Industries since September 2007, where responsibilities include coordinating and leading Lean and Six Sigma initiatives for the Tubing Division. Prior to Valmont Industries, Matt Schiermann held various roles at 3M from June 1997 to October 2006, including Lean Coordinator, Scheduler/Planner, Production Supervisor, and Manufacturing Crew Leader. Matt Schiermann earned an Associate of Science degree in Business Management with a focus on Operations and Supply Chain Management from Metropolitan Community College between 2014 and 2017.
