Paul A. Flaherty

Paul A. Flaherty is a highly experienced professional in quality management and engineering, currently serving as the Global Quality Director for Valmont Industries, Inc. since December 2021. Previously, Paul held the position of Multi-Facility Quality Manager at Koyo Bearings USA LLC from March 2015 to December 2021, where responsibilities included maintaining TS16949 standards and overseeing monthly management reviews. As Quality Manager at Vallourec from April 2011 to March 2015, substantial improvements were made in quality tracking and process stability, contributing to significant financial benefits. Paul’s career began with Robert Bosch North America, where roles ranged from Senior Manufacturing Engineer to Quality Engineer, coupled with an impactful tenure as a Design Engineer Co-Op at Honeywell. Paul earned an MBA from the University of South Carolina and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University.
