Shawn Smith

Shawn Smith, APTD, PMP, currently serves as the Manager of Change Enablement & Effectiveness at Valmont Industries, Inc. since January 2023. Prior to this role, Shawn held various positions at Electrolux Group, including Change Manager for Finance Transformation and Talent & Organizational Development Specialist, from February 2020 to November 2022. Shawn has also worked as a Change Management Consultant in IT & Cybersecurity at Duke Energy Corporation and as a Project Manager in Change Management at Compass Group USA. Additional experience includes roles in leadership development and human resources at Compass Group USA and PCLS. Shawn earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Winthrop University.
