Julia Trotman Brady is a Partner at Valo Ventures, a multi-stage, thematic venture capital firm championing innovative technology companies that create venture returns as well as long-term environmental and social benefits. Julia is also a Board Member at the Gulf of Maine Research Institute, which pioneers collaborative solutions to global ocean challenges.
Ms. Brady has over fifteen years of experience in strategic planning and marketing, including six years as Group Strategy Director and seven years as Senior Client Strategist at The VIA Group. In their role at Valo Ventures, Ms. Brady is responsible for identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, as well as providing support to portfolio companies.
Ms. Brady is a graduate of the University of Maine, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.
Julia Trotman Brady has a B.A. from Harvard University in History, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Julia also attended Philips Academy Andover for high school.
