Daren Dickson, LMFT has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Daren started their career at Accenture in 1994 as a Consultant. After working there for two years, they transitioned to Seneca Center in 2002, where they served as a Division Director and Psychotherapist. At Seneca Center, they oversaw various programs and provided therapy to children and families in different settings. In 2013, Daren joined Martha O'Bryan Center as the VP of Family and Community Services. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Culture Officer at Valor Collegiate Academy, a role they have been in since 2014.

Daren Dickson, LMFT, holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Integral Counseling Psychology from California Institute of Integral Studies, which they obtained from 1999 to 2002. Prior to this, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Mechanical Engineering at Stanford University, completing their studies from 1993 to 1994. Daren also received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Denver, where they studied between 1989 and 1993.
