Benjamin Plücker has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Benjamin started their career at Deutsche Bank as a Praktikant Kundenbetreuung in 2006. Benjamin then worked as a Praktikant Groß- und Außenhandel at Elektrostar 24 in 2012. After that, they had a Praktikant Online Marketing role at Assindia Chemie GmbH in 2014. In 2015, they worked as a Mitarbeiter Buchhaltung, insb. Kostenrechnung at GHH Radsatz. From 2016 to 2018, they served as a Junior-Controller and later as a Controller at Ivalis Deutschland GmbH. Benjamin then worked as a Controller at Magontec GmbH from 2018 to 2019. Benjamin joined Bäckerei Horsthemke GmbH in 2019 as a Controller and stayed until 2022. Benjamin currently holds the position of Controlling Specialist and Deputy Head of Controlling at Valora Group, where they started in 2022.
Benjamin Plücker completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre und Industrielles Dienstleistungsmanagement at Hochschule Ruhr West from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they studied Bauingenieurwesen at the University of Duisburg-Essen from 2009 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, Benjamin also obtained various certifications related to data analytics, including the Google Advanced Data Analytics Certificate, Google Business Intelligence Certificate, Data Analysis with R Programming, and the Google Data Analytics Capstone: Complete a Case Study. These certifications were obtained from Coursera in 2021 and 2023.
