Mladen Mumalo has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Mladen is currently the Head of HR Management at Valora Group, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Talent Acquisition & Development at Valora Group from July 2019 to February 2023.
Before joining Valora Group, Mladen worked at Genioo as the Head of Talent Acquisition from October 2015 to June 2019. Mladen also held the position of Deputy Managing Director and Head of Zurich Office at Morgan Philips Executive Search from October 2014 to July 2015.
In addition, Mladen has experience as the Managing Partner at Waelti Partners AG from April 2010 to September 2014. Mladen started their career at Baloise Insurance as an Underwriter in 1999 and remained in the role until 2007.
Mladen's work experience also includes a role as a Senior Consultant at Michael Page International, where they were responsible for business development and strategic recruitment projects from 2007 to 2010.
From 2004 to 2006, Mladen Mumalo pursued an MBA in General Management at a school offering jobs in Business Administration.
