Biju Mohan

Biju Mohan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consulting and advisory roles. Currently, Biju serves as Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Valorant, focusing on enhancing companies' EBITDA through optimized performance strategies. In addition, Biju holds positions on the Executive Advisory Board of Cents Ability, which educates teenagers about personal finance, and as a member of the Westfield Town Investment Advisory Council, advising on investment management strategies for the town. Previous roles include Managing Director at Accenture, where leadership was provided to the Supply Chain and Procurement Operations clients, as well as Vice President at GEP Worldwide overseeing the Life Sciences vertical. Biju's earlier experience includes senior roles at Kearney, Rosy Blue Inc., and Accenture, complemented by an MBA in Finance and Economics from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a B.Tech in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
