Carolina Cerejo is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with extensive experience in managing the full recruitment lifecycle across various European countries. Currently serving as the Regional Lead of Talent Acquisition at Valtech since June 2021, Carolina's responsibilities include collaborating with hiring and delivery managers, developing talent pools, driving employer branding initiatives, and overseeing DE&I strategies in Portugal. Prior experience as a Talent Acquisition specialist at Evident and Senior IT Recruiter at Noesis has further reinforced Carolina's expertise. Additionally, leadership experience as the President of the Núcleo de Estudantes de Recursos Humanos do ISCTE-IUL complements Carolina's academic background, which includes a post-graduation in Information Systems and Technologies Management from NOVA IMS and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from ISCTE Business School.
