Emily Bancroft-Djelid

Emily Bancroft-Djelid currently serves as the VP People & Culture for Valtech DACH, leading the People & Culture initiatives at Valtech Switzerland and holding a position on the Executive Board. Since February 2020, Emily has prioritized people-centric approaches in HR, Talent, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I), and Learning & Development (L&D). Prior to Valtech, Emily held positions at Nicoll Curtin as a Principal and Senior Consultant, and at The Green Recruitment Company and Earth Wind & Hire as a Senior Consultant and Consultant respectively. Emily is passionate about attracting tech enthusiasts, digital innovators, and creative talent to Valtech.
